Dr. Shahab Zekriardehani is the Technology Manager of the Polymer and Nanocomposites team at Eaton Research Labs where he leads new product development and new technology introduction efforts for polymeric materials. His work at Eaton covers a variety of topics including material development for light weighting applications including aerospace, electrical, and automotive; additive manufacturing of functional composites; sustainable materials, and metal to plastic replacement through injection molding, extrusion, and additive manufacturing. Dr. Zekriardehani received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from University of Toledo where he worked on gas barrier properties of polymers and polymer nanocomposites.
