Michael has spent his career in the Automotive Industry, having moved to the Aftermarket after starting at Ford. He has built and managed teams for international leaders Akzo Nobel and BASF, as well as market disruptor Transtar Autobody Technologies. While those Marketing and Sales roles were in chemicals, he also led North American efforts for Hedson Technologies, the Collision Repair industry's premium supplier of curing, cleaning and lifting equipment. Over the last four years, Michael has been engaged in growing the amount of damaged plastic parts being repaired rather than being sent to landfill. Beginning with the Immersive Technologies of Augmented/Mixed/Virtual Reality for skill development and recruiting, he then moved to Supplies and Tools where he helped to introduce an early version of a tool you will see during the presentation.
