Max Schultes is the Chief Technology Officer of RAMPF Composite Solutions. With over 20 years of experience in composites with most of it in the design and development, stress analysis and qualification of complex composite solutions for Aerospace and Defense Applications. Many of which have been developments from a napkin sketch through to qualification and serial manufacturing. Max Schultes is closely working within the multidisciplinary and faceted RAMPF Group to bring the best value to our customers and the industry by combining our tooling solutions, resin development, automation equipment and the composite design, development and manufacturing.
