Ms. Lucinda Slattery is a Research Mechanical Engineer at the Army Corps of Engineers Engineer Research and Development Center in Vicksburg, MS. She has obtained a Bachelors in Engineering Physics from the University of Maine and was a Research Assistant in additive manufacturing and modeling for the Advanced Structures and Composites Center in Orono, ME. She is currently working on a Masters in Applied Physics through Columbia University. Ms. Slattery’s research fields include Large Scale AM (LSAM), experimental validation of process models via sensors, and additive usage in military and civil works applications.
