With more than five years of Computed Tomography manufacturing and application experience at Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions, Jake used his experience and knowledge to lead the opening of Pinnacle Industrial X-ray Laboratory (PiXL). Within the first 8 months PIXL was able to receive NADCAP certification for both Aerospace Quality System (AS9100 equivalent) and digital radiography which is used as a method for non-destructive inspection. With his experience of various x-ray systems and inspection methods, Jake has been using the resources of the lab to help customers through the qualification process for AM parts and educate on the limitations of digital x-ray.
