Foster joined Stratasys in 2019, within the Government Segment focusing on strategic business growth development. Prior to this, he spent 20+ years serving in the Marine Corps with a focus on supply chain and maintenance repair operations. His last responsibility before retiring to civilian life was as a Commanding Officer for the 1st Maintenance Battalion which included over 1,100 Marines. The unit was recognized as the DoD Maintenance Unit of the Year for two consecutive years while under his command. In his current role as the Global Director of Aerospace, he is responsible for global aerospace business and strategic partnerships that support customer integration for advanced manufacturing capabilities to modernize current production models. Foster holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the University of San Diego, and a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management degree from the University of San Diego.
