As the Senior Manager for the Additive Minds Consulting and Academy services at EOS, Fabian Alefeld leads both teams in providing support to organizations integrating additive manufacturing (AM) technology into current operations. In this role, Fabian provides direction for the team’s technical consulting and education services to accelerate the growth of AM adoption. Fabian also hosts the AM podcast, Additive Snack, which captures the experiences and knowledge of leading experts in the industrial 3D printing industry. Fabian began his career with EOS in 2016, facilitating the global Additive Minds marketing and alliance activities and scaling the Additive Minds services globally. Prior to EOS, he held several positions at MTU Aero Engines and the BMW group. Fabian holds his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Munich University of Applied Sciences.
