Evan Butler-Jones is the Vice-President – Product & Strategy with Equispheres, a technology company applying materials technology to enable mass production with Additive Manufacturing (AM). Equispheres aluminum powders have been used by industry leaders to reduce the cost and improve the repeatability of additive manufacturing production. Evan has worked in additive manufacturing since 2014 and has extensive experience integrating new technologies into manufacturing operations. He has over 20 years of knowledge in research & development, applications engineering, product marketing and product management in the aerospace, defense and mining industries.    He is a frequent speaker at industry events and his work has been published in both academic and industry journals.  Butler-Jones holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa and completed graduate studies in space resources at the Colorado School of Mines. He maintains professional accreditation with Professional Engineers Ontario.
