Junior level Engineer with Mayo Clinic Florida in the Anatomic Modeling Unit specialized in patient-specific, pre-surgical planning models and cutting guides. As an engineer with Mayo Clinic Florida, I assist in the design and development of biomedical-related engineering systems and possess knowledge of tools, design techniques and underlying theory relevant to their discipline. In the fast-growing field of point-of-care manufacturing, I am especially interested in innovative solutions to complex problems in medicine. My background is in pre-medical physics which provided a basis for the technologically demanding, yet anatomy focused work I complete in my role.
