Adam has background experience in welding automation, design and tooling. He started using simulation tools to develop a bridge between design and manufacturing. Using simulation, Adam aims to help solve challenges in the manufacturing world by creating solutions for processes and connecting people to the right tools. With the growth of additive new challenges have been created. Improvements in additive create new needs in additive simulation and creation of tools that match the needs of the additive community. Adam now focuses on Direct energy deposition, and laser powder bed fusion looking at me so scale defects and cracking concerns.
