Conference Abstract: Additive manufacturing has many uses in the automotive design studio. From quick geometry mock-ups to full sized displays with swappable parts, there is an advantage to utilizing additive manufacturing. AM technologies enhance the capabilities of the design studio by providing a quick and efficient way to bring ideas and geometries to life. Not only do AM parts stand on their own, but they also add great value to traditional design methods and technologies.
