Kunal Gide, a Ph.D. Candidate at George Mason University's Mechanical Engineering Department holds a Master's in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University. Specializing in 3D printing, particularly FFF, and SLA, his research centers on the mechanical properties of polymer composite materials, solid mechanics, and simulations. Acknowledged for academic excellence, he received the Doctoral Research Scholars 2022-2023 award, a Summer Research Fellowship in 2023, and the distinguished Best Graduate Student Research Award in 2023. Currently, he investigates the mechanical properties of 3D printed PEEK TPMS lattices.
