Obtained a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado in 2003. In 2005, co-founded Colorado Photopolymer Solutions (CPS) and served as its President until 2020, leading the development of a wide range of UV curable materials for applications including dental composites and adhesives, biomaterials, coatings, and 3D printing materials. CPS was acquired by Arkema in 2020 and from 2020 - 2023 was the R&D Director for 3D printing applications. Currently, serves as the Global Business Development Leader within Arkema's 3D printing group.
