Kelvin Fu is Terri Connor Kelly and John Kelly Career Development Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Delaware and UD Center for Composite Materials (CCM). Fu is co-founder of CarbonForm Inc., and assistant editor of Composites Part B: Engineering. Fu directs Composites & Additive Manufacturing (CAM) Laboratory, and his research is focused on composites and batteries. Fu is the 2023 Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher and the recipient of 2023 Outstanding Early Career Faculty Award at University of Delaware. Since 2021, Fu has been leading over $8M projects funded by DOE (Fossil Energy, ARPA-E Open, AMO). Fu has published over 130 peer-reviewed articles with citations over 21000 times.
