With over 30 years of experience in prototype development and 15 years specializing in additive manufacturing, Erik Riha brings a wealth of expertise to his role as a Prototype Technical Specialist in the Vehicle Evaluation & Verification department at Ford Motor Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and advanced degrees in Engineering Management (MSEM) and Vehicle Electrification (MSVE). Erik is recognized for his exceptional skills in process optimization, holding certifications as a Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, as well as credentials from MIT in Additive Manufacturing and Systems Engineering. His innovative contributions to the field are evidenced by his patents, including a reduced tooling prototype stamping flange tool and three patents for additive manufactured adjustable fixtures.
