Xiaoming Luo received his Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering. In 2009, Xiaoming earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University (Ames, Iowa). He also graduated his MBA degree in Finance in 2021. Xiaoming currently works as a Principal Manufacturing and Process Development Engineer for TE Connectivity in Middletown, Pennsylvania, focusing on electrical connector 3D printing production technology development and deployment for Aerospace, Defense, and Marine markets. As a veteran in the 3D printing field for over 15 years, Xiaoming has solid experiences in 3D printing technologies. Xiaoming is also experienced in multi-axis CNC machining of brittle materials and glass forming.
