Shuchi “SK” Khurana is the Founder and CEO of Addiguru, a software platform for real-time monitoring and issue detection in Additive Manufacturing (AM). With over 24 years of experience in computational materials science, SK has successfully led the development and commercialization of several innovative products. Notably, he led the development of predictive software for industrial use at Intralox and commercialized weld prediction and virtual training tools at EWI, which were later acquired by a major welding manufacturer. At Addiguru, SK focuses on advancing AM by integrating multi-sensor analysis and AI for real-time defect detection and process optimization in Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF). His work is revolutionizing the qualification of machine parameters, significantly reducing trial-and-error efforts. SK holds 8 patents and 15 publications, and he earned his MBA and MS in Materials Science from The Ohio State University and a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology.
