Andrew Countryman holds a MS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri - Columbia. He has been working in Boeing Research and Technology for 5 years and is currently a Structural Analysis Engineer in the area of Additive Manfucaturing. As a member of the Structures Technology group, he has been exploring cutting-edge AM technologues and how they can be transitioned into Boeing products. Technologies include build simulation and design for AM in the Laser Direct Energy Deposition technology space.
