Giorgio Valsecchi completed his Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, Italy, in 2019, with a thesis titled ""In-situ Monitoring for Electron Beam Melting Additive Manufacturing."" Following graduation, he worked as a Research Fellow at Politecnico di Milano from 2019 to 2020, focusing his research on Powder Bed Fusion Additive Manufacturing. In 2020, he joined the R&D Department of TAV VACUUM FURNACES, working on the optimizing vacuum heat treatments, including vacuum brazing, sintering, heat treatment of ferrous alloys, and the heat treatment of additively manufactured components. Since 2023, he has been managing the R&D Laboratory at TAV VACUUM FURNACES.
