Dr. Shir Mohammadi has a Ph.D in Materials Science with focus on micro-macro structure/properties relation and has a decade of experience on materials and process development for diffrent polymer 3D printing technologies. He is considered a subject matter expert on powder bed fusion technolgy. Currently he is Business Development Manager at BASF Forward AM where he focusses on customer specific solutions for all 3D printing technologies including powder, filament, resins and similation software. Prior to joining BASF, he manages powder materials and process development at 3D Systems.
