Joshua Roulo is a mechanical and structural engineer at EXPANSIA, where he serves as the Product Manager of AGORA. He has 6+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer for the USAF, serving as a structural engineer for the C-130 Systems Program Office, the Deputy Chief Engineer for the SOF & PR Fixed Wing Branch, and Deputy Branch Chief for Air Launch Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) & Control System Branch in AFRL. Joshua’s background in the USAF uniquely equips him as an effective team leader with a deep understanding of USAF structure, culture, and a knowledge of technical databases. He fosters collaboration with eight USAF System Program Offices (SPOs) to seamlessly integrate SEEKR for evaluating the feasibility of AM parts. While leading the design and development teams for the SEEKR software, he contributed to 50+ Model-Based Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for AM parts that were previously only manufactured through traditional means. Joshua possesses a Master of Science in Engineering Management from The University of North Carolina.
