Dr. Cao is an Associate Professor in the Chemical and Materials Engineering Department at the University of Dayton. His research has focused on the development of advanced nanocomposites using various additive manufacturing techniques, including Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF), Direct Ink Writing (DIW), Vat Photopolymerization (VP), and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). Dr. Cao has worked on many funded research projects. He has published 100 papers in many scientific journals, and his research work has been cited over 15000 times.
