Linda Viste is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a minor in Mathematics. She began her career through a rotational program in high-volume manufacturing, where she held various roles including Continuous Improvement Engineer, Production Planner, Production Supervisor, and Operational Excellence Lead. During this time, Linda honed her expertise in lean manufacturing, process improvement, 5S, and process automation. With a strong interest in additive manufacturing, which stemmed from her academic background, Linda pursued further specialization and earned an MIT certification in Additive Manufacturing for Innovative Design and Production. She now works at Ricoh 3D for Healthcare, focusing on additive manufacturing production processes and technologies. In her current role, Linda applies her deep experience in lean manufacturing to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency, contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge healthcare solutions.
