Over the years, he transitioned into roles in sales, key account management, and product development, ultimately guiding a team of product managers to create market-driven solutions that enhance manufacturing workflows. Joel has authored numerous white papers on metrology integration, metrology-assisted manufacturing, and automation. A recognized expert, he has presented internationally on metrology and its applications in manufacturing. He is also the co-author of the patent for PowerLock, a groundbreaking vision technology that significantly improved laser tracker usability.
