Zayna Connor has more than 45 years experience in material science and engineering, including casting, wrought and AM materials. She completed her BS in metallurgical engineering and her PhD in material science and engineering. She is a member of the ASTM Additive Manufacturing Committee and the AFS Additive Manufacturing committee. She has presented a casting workshop at Rapid + TCT for a number of years. Zayna is president of ZMC Consulting as an SME of castings, cast iron and wrought and cast aluminum. Zayna is active in ASM and a member of the ASM Technical Books committee.
