Before 3D Printing
Active Storage Control for Powder Metal Quality: The Messer AM powder cabinet continuously monitors the storage atmosphere and uses an inert gas to actively protect highly sensitive powder metals from moisture, oxygen (O2) and temperature.
During 3D Printing
Atmosphere Control for 3D Process Quality: The Messer control system supplies accurate levels of inert gases during 3D printing and quickly responds to changes in O2 or humidity for reliable process control and reproducibility.
After 3D Printing
Cryogenic Cleaning for Finish Quality: Waterless cleaning technology from Messer uses CO2 snow or CO2 snow blended with blasting abrasives to remove even difficult surface residues from 3D-printed parts.
Messer Americas offers efficient industrial gas solutions for powder making, 3D printing and post processing, and is now one of the largest industrial gas companies in North and South America. The company was formed March 1 following acquisitions from Linde plc.
