ALD Vacuum Technologies produces advanced furnace systems for premium alloys involving many different technologies. Our EBuild®850 is a completely new system for the electron beam powder bed fusion (E-PBF) process on an industrial scale.  The EBuild®850 is the first system on the market that is suitable for both large-scale additive manufacturing and high-volume production with the world's largest build volume and highest beam power. VIGA, EIGA and EIGAPremium inert gas atomization furnaces provide spherical shape, high cleanliness, rapid solidification and homogenous microstructure. SyncroTherm provides complete and total integration of heat treatment into the manufacturing work center therefore allowing a continuous “One-Piece Flow”. VIM, cold wall induction and plasma cold hearth refining systems produce ingot and bar feedstock from master melts and revert powder.
