Because additive manufacturing enables direct digital fabrication of products and goods through its digital thread, skills development is often focused on technical proficiencies. However, to be successful, the AM industry also requires significant workforce expansion in areas that emphasize skills including creativity, business acumen, leadership, and communication. Join us for a discussion with panelists whose complementary skill sets are critical to the success of bringing AM to production. We will gain insight into these types of career opportunities that exist in the AM industry and how to prepare for them.
